Returns & Exchanges

Most items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, cosmetics, fragrance and underwear cannot be returned once opened.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
